September 14, 2008Just finished up this cover illustration for Angela Moore over at the SF Reporter. The article is about these new experimental caffee/loungy McDonalds resturants out in Sante Fe. Apparently the writer of the article is sort of a Hunter S. Thompson of fastfood. So there we are.
Also, I think I’m going to start posting sketches here and there with my illustration stuff. I always like seeing it when other people post theirs, so….
NY, where have you been all my life?
September 3, 2008So, I’m out in the big apple this week hussling for work and having a great time. Today I stopped into the American Folk Art Museum and saw a bunch of Henry Darger Art! I think I spent 3 hours gawking. There was also a great spread of contemporary artist featured, all super inspired (as I am) by Darger. Anyways it was AMAZING!
